Our Story
Colorado Care Cooperative (CCC) was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap in our community's care. We saw two growing challenges: a critical shortage of high-quality home care for our neighbors and a lack of fair, dignified work for the dedicated people who provide it.
By choosing a worker-owned model, we've created a solution where caregivers are member-owners. When the hands that provide the care also hold the responsibility of ownership, the quality of care reflects deep personal pride and stability. Our cooperative model ensures that while we create reliable, stable, meaningful employment, our clients receive the compassionate, high-standard attention they deserve.
